The purposes of this SCE Whistleblowing Policy (“Policy”) are (i) to encourage and enable SCE Participants to raise any concerns about behaviour, to report any prohibited behaviour, or any breach, or potential, or suspected breach of the Conduct Policy without fear of reprisal, and (ii) to provide for anonymous reporting. Such individuals raising these concerns are referred to as “Whistle-blowers”.
